My love for jackets starts with fall and winter, but it doesn’t end when springtime comes around. In fact, one of my favorite jackets to wear during the spring season is the classic beige trench coat

Am

A minor (Am) chord is a basic guitar chord that consists of three notes: A, C, and E. It is called a "minor" chord because the distance between the A note and the C note is a minor third interval, which gives it a slightly different sound than a major chord. The A minor chord is commonly used in many different genres of music, including rock, pop, folk, and blues. On the guitar, the A minor chord is played by pressing down on the second fret of the fourth, third, and second strings while strumming all six strings.

To play an A minor (Am) chord on guitar, follow these steps:

  1. Place your index finger on the second fret of the fourth string (D string).
  2. Place your middle finger on the second fret of the third string (G string).
  3. Place your ring finger on the second fret of the second string (B string).
  4. Strum all six strings.

Make sure to press down firmly on each string with your fingertips and avoid touching adjacent strings or muting any strings accidentally. With practice, you'll be able to play the Am chord smoothly and cleanly.
